PETC Award

The beneficiaries can be the Member or the person of their choice.

The purchase of a PETC Award is made at a TUNISAIR agency, in Tunisia or abroad. It can only be purchased after the booking agreement has been confirmed.
To purchase a PETC Award, you must have your Fidelys card and PIN code, and a sufficient balance of Award Miles.
The PETC Award is based on a flat rate per zone; its value in Award Miles depends on whether the departure is from or to Tunisia. The weight of the animal concerned by this Award is limited to 08 kg, including the container (maximum weight authorised in the cabin in accordance with TUNISAIR's General Conditions of Sale).
A PETC Award is valid for 3 months from the date of issue and can be cancelled at the Member's explicit request, in accordance with the conditions set out in the Fidelys Guide.
